COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Ingredients: Whole wheat, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Chana besan, Ajwain, Jeera, Amchur, Haldi, Spices, Hing, Pink Himalayan Salt.
FOR PARATHAS
- Empty the entire contents of mix in a large bowl and add 2 tsp of oil and add required water.
- Knead with hand to form dough.
- Make round balls of the dough and roll the parathas using a rolling pin.
- Heat the pan to medium heat. Add ghee /oil to the & roast the paratha on both sides.
- Enjoy hot, delicious & nutritious parathas with curd or butter.
FOR PURIS
- Empty the entire contents of mix in a large bowl and add 2 tsp of oil and add required water.
- Knead with hand to form dough.
- Make round balls of the dough and roll the puri using a rolling pin.
- Deep fry the puris on low to medium heat on both sides until it changes colour to golden brown.
- Enjoy the hot, delicious & nutritious puris with curd/ ketchup/chutney.
